At Table 33, we believe that sake's enjoyment isn't restricted to being served chilled or consumed fresh. We take pride in our unique hot sake programme, where our trained sommeliers not only warm sakes to their ideal temperatures but also educate our guests on the reasoning behind this approach. This method can enhance the umami notes, bringing an entirely new depth to the sake experience.In addition to our temperature-focused programme, we age some of our sakes in-house, a process that unveils a unique flavor profile that evolves over time.
