Inspired by the fervour and optimism of the newly independent Singapore, Madam Ong set up her first bakkwa stall in 1969. Through hard work, she developed winning formula, and the heavenly scent of her barbecued meat attracted Singaporeans from all walks of life. Fragrance 香味 is named after the natural aroma of the barbecued meat and is built on the foundations of quality, progress, trust and customer satisfaction. Our products are manufactured in Singapore based on time-honoured recipes, using only the highest quality of ingredients to ensure our products maintain their consistency and conform to the highest hygiene standards.
