Originating from Kumamoto Japan since 1968, Ajisen Ramen is famous for its flavourful Tonkotsu (pork bone) broth. The ingredients in the preparation of Ajisen Ramen’s tonkotsu soup are imported from Japan. Briefly and lightly cooked, our house made ramen noodles remain springy and smooth to taste. Be spoilt for choice with Ajisen Ramen’s extensive range of ramen variety.
