Itacho Sushi is a subsidiary brand of the Taste of Japan Group, which was founded in Hong Kong in 2004. The group places a high value on providing excellent food quality in a comfortable dining environment, with sincere service at an affordable price point.Our food ingredients mainly come from Tokyo, Hokkaido, and Kyushu in Japan. We have procurement personnel in Japan who purchase the ingredients and directly ship them to all our restaurants.Currently, Itacho Sushi has more than 40 outlets in Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore. In July 2021, Itacho Sushi Singapore celebrated its 12th anniversary. Minimal seasoning is used in the preparation of their sushi so you can taste every note of natural umami.
